甘南琴

甘南琴,博士生导师/研究员,1996年毕业于河南师范大学,1999年获得武汉大学化学硕士学位,2002年获武汉大学理学博士学位,2002年到中国科学院水生生物研来自究所工作,2009年4月,获得美国乔治敦大学(Geor卷布getown University)博士后。

从事蓝藻生物毒素学研究,发现微囊宣交治贵藻毒素在微囊藻群体形成及角派武维持中的重要作用。在J 360百科Biol. Chem., Environ. Microbiol., Appl. & En卫学敌等食viron. Microbiol., Water Research, Carcinogenesis, Chem. 歌起起缩飞依药就Res. Toxicol., Toxicol. and Appl. Pharmacol.等国际期刊发表研究论文40余篇。获得话组国家授权专利4项。执笔起草国家

经历

  1996年7月,毕业于河南师范大学

  1996年9月,考入武汉大学化学学院。

  1999来自年9月,获武汉大学化学硕士学位。

  2002年7月,获武汉大360百科学理学博士学位。

  2002年7月,中国科学院水生生物研究所助理研究员,开展蓝藻毒素分析方法严前名属践拉穿的建立与完善工作。

  2003年12月,中国科学院水生生物研究所副研究员,从事蓝藻毒素毒理学和毒素生物学功能研究。

  2007年,获日本振兴协会(JSPS)项目支持在日本东北大学及国到现立环境研究所进行访问交流。

  2007年9月,到美国乔治敦大学(Georgetow持械最况杂审毫粉n University),从事天然产物活性小分子的群造迅防癌机制研究。

  2009年4月,获得美国乔治敦大学(Georgetown University)博士后。

  2011年6月至2012年4月, 获"中科院王宽诚优秀青年女科学家基金"资助赴美国加州大学滨河分校(University of California at Riverside)进行分子部减黑随染且步毒理学合作研究。

  2011年, 中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员。

研究成果

  建立了有毒蓝藻及蓝藻毒素分析技术体系,并在此基础上开发了微囊藻来自毒素 ELISA检测试剂盒,制定了我国"水中微囊藻毒素的检测(GB/T 20466-2006)"国家标准。此项研究解决了我国长期被困扰的微量毒素分析检测的难题,并已应用于国内环境检测部门及科研单位的水样和水产品分析。

  揭示了居你微囊藻毒素促肿瘤形成的皮觉构课又容宣富死机制,发现微囊藻毒素可激活Nrf2 (NF-E2-related factor2) 信号通路而促进癌症细胞生长 。同360百科时发现:莱菔硫烷等小分们独子可有效保护HepG2, BRL-3A和NIH 3T3等细胞及BALB/践析伤希量鱼审每望商c小鼠因微囊藻毒素MC-LR引起的细胞毒性 。

  发现了微囊藻毒素在维持微囊藻群体中的作用:发现产毒微囊藻细胞在生长过程中释放到胞外的微囊藻毒素(MCs)具有信号物质的功能,它可通过激活产毒及非产毒微囊藻细胞中部分与多糖合成相关基因的表达,诱导一系列胞外多糖产物的释放,进而促进微囊藻群体的聚集。更有意义的是,当及时、持续地清除释放到胞外的微囊藻毒素分子,微囊藻群体的尺寸则会显著减小。该项研究说明微囊已神藻毒素在微囊藻群体形态的维持中具有重要作用,从一个新的角度揭示微囊藻水华能够持续维持种群优势的机制。
