具体研究内容

  DNA甲基化修饰是一种重要的表观遗传学标志,在基因的表达调控,基因组的结构及稳定静占他走识条治控民清依性,X染色体的失活和其它生长发育调控等方面都具有十分重要的作用。DNA波云黄表独管客校额书甲基化的水平主要由甲基化和去甲基化这两个途经来协同调控。在植物体内,DNA去甲基化主要是由repressor of silencing 1 (ROS1)基因家族介导的碱基切除修复机制来实现。早支太差金诉在植物中对DNA甲基化途经的研究已经比较深入,但是对DNA去甲基化的分子机制还不清楚。运用遗传学,生物化学和细胞生物学的方法,对植物体内DNA去甲基化的酶学机制以及调控去甲基化的途经进行深入的研究。
